This tab will show the most recent completed Home Language Survey (HLS) that will potentially qualify the student selected for bilingual funding. Click on the "Generate for printing" button to create a PDF version of the HLS that can be saved and/or printed for record keeping. Click on Show Form Data to see the data that was collected from the form shown.
